I woke up rather late so Breakfast was really more like lunch.

Lunch
1 Hamburger Patty w/ Mayo
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
1 cup mixed sauteed veggies (onion, brocolli, cauliflower)
12 oz Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi

Dinner
1 Pork Chop w/Mayo
2 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
Ranch Dressing
12 oz Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi

I rode my exercise bike for 30 minutes while watching 'Pompei, the Last Day' on the Discovery Channel, but I forgot to write down the exact distance and calories burned. Too bad.
