Food/Exercise Journal


I added celery to my tuna along with mayo so when you read 'tuna' that's what's in it.

Breakfast
1/2 can of tuna
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 cup regular coffee with half&half and 2 Splenda

Snack
1 sausage patty
1 egg patty

Lunch
1/2 can of tuna
1 handful mixed lettuces - romaine, endive, some shit I can't spell or pronounce.
12 oz Diet Coke. Yuck. But they only sell Coke at work but I prefer Pepsi

Dinner
Chicken with cheese sause
1 cup mixed sauteed veggies (onion, green peppers, celery, radishes, mushrooms)
7 strawberries

Exercise

I walked home from work which took a little less than an hour. I think I should get extra points for having to walk through the snow. You wouldn't believe how many people around here don't even bothering shoveling their walks! Come on, people! We don't all drive cars, you know?

Side note: I need to really learn how to cook... and find some low carb recepiets. I'll be more likely to stick to this if I have a variety in my diet.
