1 Handful mixed lettuce (with romaine, endive, carrots, and radicchio)
1 cup Mint Medley Herb tea and 1 Splenda

Dinner
Chicken
1 slice American cheese
1 cup mixed sauteed veggies (onion, green pepper, radishes, celery, mushrooms)
11 strawberries
