Breakfast
1/2 can of tuna with celery
1 slice Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Raspberry Apple herbal tea with 1 Splenda

Snack
1 egg patty
1 sausage patty
1 cup Mint Medley herbal tea with 1 Splenda

Lunch
1/2 can of tuna with celery
2 cups mixed lettuce with romaine, endive, carrots, and radicchio
Ranch dressing
1 cup Mint Medly herbal tea with 1 Splenda

Dinner
1 hamburger patty
1 slice Cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed sauteed veggies (onions, radishes, celery, mushrooms, green peppers)

I spent the night working on chapter one of Man-Eater so I didn't ride the exercise bike.
